Researching how older people access health information
The Health of Older People Workstream (HOPWS) is supporting research at ARA into how older people access health information. We feel that access to good quality, credible health information is key to keeping our population well and healthy in their own homes.
Over a few weeks this year, at least 10 pharmacies in Canterbury have hosted a research assistant from ARA who has been surveying older pharmacy customers.
The HOPWS is looking forward to the results of this work, hopefully within the first half of this year.
