The CCN Programme Office Team coordinates the activity of the CCN, providing day-to-day operational support to alliance groups and supporting alliance partnerships.

Led by the Executive Director, the small team of employees includes programme coordination, project facilitation/management, resource management, administration, reporting and communications.

The CCN Programme Office Team is based in Christchurch and hosted by Pegasus Health who also manage our corporate functions, such as payroll and HR.

Jane Cartwright
Executive Director

Jane has oversight of CCN's programme of work ensuring it is aligned and contributing to the wider strategic direction set out by the Leadership Team.

Linda Wensley
Programme Manager

Linda works closely with CCN facilitators to manage work plans and quarterly reporting. She also leads improvement and change for CCN activity, particularly in relation to these functions.

Koral Fitzgerald
Senior Project Facilitator/ Programme Management

Koral facilitates the Population Health and Access SLC and supports all work areas to work through co-design processes. Koral supports the Programme Manager with work planning and reporting, as leads on team wellbeing.

Ngaire Button
Independent Advisor - Hauora Māori

Ngaire provides leadership and advice across the CCN to prioritise equity, enhance cultural development and responsiveness, and address equitable access and health outcomes for Māori.

Elly Edwards
Media & Communications Manager

Elly provides advice to CCN's Leadership and programme teams around communications and media planning and requirements, ensuring activity is aligned with the strategic implementation plan.

Natasha Capon
Communications Coordinator

Natasha supports CCN groups with communications activity including creating patient stories and videos and carrying out some graphic design. She leads the bi-monthly CCN newsletter.

Marie Mitchell
Project Coordinator

Marie coordinates the activity of the programme office as well as facilitating the Child and Youth Workstream and supporting other key work including developing events and workshops.

Shared Care Planning Programme Lead and Product Manager

Leads the functionality and implementation of shared care planning across the Canterbury health system and regionally across the South Island.

Supports with the facilitation and implementation of Shared Care Plans.

Leads the facilitation of the Chronic Pain service level collaborative.

Deborah Callahan
Integrated Services Programme Manager 

Deborah manages the community respiratory nurses, physiotherapists and physicians who lead service development and deliver education and clinical guidance to general practice teams.

Deb Gillon
Nurse Practitioner, Community Older Persons

Deb is a Nurse Practitioner, Community Older Persons. She also works for the Centre for Postgrad Nursing Studies.
