A local group has celebrated the culmination of four years of ‘hard work’ to enhance health services in and around Oxford.

The saying, ‘it takes a village to raise a child,’ is clearly illustrated in the Hurunui where a working group is helping to ensure maternity support is available for local whānau.

The Oxford and Surrounding Areas Health Service Development Group (OSHSDG) has worked through a series of ten recommendations to enhance local health services. Now it’s time to hand the reigns back to the wider community - express your interest in joining the group.
