Information sessions to provide detail on proposed Model of Care for Hurunui

Come along to one of our information sessions to find out more about proposals for a new Model of Care for the Hurunui.

The proposed model has been developed by the Hurunui Health Services Development Group  - a mix of local community members, government and health professionals facilitated by Canterbury Clinical Network - and can be downloaded here or picked up at one of the five Hurunui health centres or council service centres.

Come along to any of the information sessions to meet members of the HHSDG, find out more about the proposals and have your questions answered. Refreshments will be provided at the sessions:

  • Friday 8 December, 10-11am – Knox Presbyterian Church and Hall, 13 Reeve Street, Cheviot
  • Friday 8 December, 1-2pm – Waikari Memorial Hall, 99 Princes Street, Waikari
  • Friday 8 December, 3-4pm – St John Hall, Carters Road, Amberley
  • Wednesday 13 December, 1.30-2.30pm – Hanmer Springs Memorial Hall, 1 Jollies Pass Road, Hanmer Springs
  • Wednesday 13 December, 3.30-4.30pm – Rotherham Hall, 19 Heaton Street, Rotherham
  • Wednesday 13 December, 7-8pm – Glenmark Pavilion, Church Road and Glenmark Drive, Waipara
  • NEW DATE: Tuesday 19 December, 7-8pm – St John Hall, Culverden
  • NEW DATE: Wednesday 20 December, 6.30-7.30pm – Glenmark Pavilion, Church Road and Glenmark Drive, Waipara
