The CCN Programme Team coordinates the activity of the Canterbury Clinical Network, providing day-to-day operational support to alliance groups and supporting alliance partnerships.

Led by the Executive Director, the small team of employees includes programme coordination, project facilitation/management, resource management, administration, reporting and communications.

The CCN Programme Team is based in Christchurch and hosted by Pegasus Health who also manage our corporate functions, such as payroll and HR.

Kim Sinclair-Morris
Executive Director

Kim joined CCN as the Executive Director in 2013. She oversees the work of the Programme Team, ensuring the direction and strategic implementation agreed with ALT is achieved.

Linda Wensley
Programme Manager

Linda works closely with CCN facilitators to manage work plans and quarterly reporting. She also leads improvement and change for CCN activity, particularly in relation to these functions.

Jane Cartwright
Independent Advisor

Jane has many roles within CCN, including Chair of the Alliance Support Team and Facilitator of the Māori Caucus. Jane acts as an Independent Chair for groups as required (currently RHWS).

Marie Mitchell
Project Coordinator

Marie coordinates all activity of the programme office including financials. Marie splits her time for CCN and CDHB where she organises events and visits to Canterbury Health System.

Elly Edwards
Media & Communications Manager

Elly provides advice and support to CCN's groups around communications and media planning and requirements, ensuring activity is aligned with the strategic implementation plan.

Natasha Capon
Communications Coordinator

Natasha supports CCN groups with communications activity including creating patient stories and videos and carrying out some graphic design. She leads the bi-monthly CCN newsletter.

Koral Fitzgerald
Senior Project Facilitator

Koral leads the CCN's co-design process, supporting new work and events through co-design. She is Facilitator for the Rural Health Workstream and Hurunui Health SDG.

Hiedee Harris
Project Lead - Te Tumu Waiora Canterbury

Hiedee leads Canterbury's roll out of Te Tumu Waiora - a model which puts mental health and wellbeing at the heart of general practice.

Gavin Young
Technology Programme Manager - Shared Care

Gavin manages the delivery of shared care technology for the South Island, working in partnership with Orion Health.

Rose Laing
Clinical Lead - Shared Care

Rose is the CCN's Clinical Lead, providing a clinical perspective and advice across the programme office. She is the Clinical Lead for shared care plans and also works part time as a GP for Cashmere Health.

Rebecca Muir
Senior Project Facilitator

Rebecca supports work on the implementation of shared care plans across Canterbury. She is also Facilitator for the Urgent Care SLA and Pharmacy SLA.

Jules Wilke
Project Facilitator

Jules supports the implementation of shared care plans across Canterbury. She is also Facilitator for the Falls & Fractures SLA and the Population Health & Access SLA.

Deb Gillon
Nurse Practitioner - community older persons

Deb has a clinical role within CCN as a Nurse Practitioner Community Older Persons, as well as working part time for the Centre for Postgraduate Nursing Studies for Otago University.

Deborah Callahan
Integrated Services Programme Manager

Deborah manages the community respiratory nurses, physiotherapists and physicians who lead service development and deliver education and clinical guidance to general practice teams.
