The CCN Programme Team coordinates the activity of the Canterbury Clinical Network, providing day-to-day operational support to alliance groups and supporting alliance partnerships.

Led by the Executive Director, the small team of employees includes programme coordination, project facilitation/management, resource management, administration, reporting and communications.

The CCN Programme Team is based in Christchurch and hosted by Pegasus Health who also manage our corporate functions, such as payroll and HR.

Linda Wensley

Linda oversees the work of the Programme Team, ensuring the direction and strategic implementation agreed with ALT is achieved. In addition, she mains oversight to the Programme Manager role managing the work plans and quarterly reporting.

Jane Cartwright
Independent Advisor

Jane has many roles within CCN, including Chair of the Alliance Support Team and Facilitator of the Māori Caucus. Jane acts as an Independent Chair for groups as required (currently RHWS).

Koral Fitzgerald
Senior Project Facilitator

Koral leads the CCN's co-design process, supporting new work and events through co-design. She is Facilitator for the Rural Health Workstream and Hurunui Health SDG.

Hauora Māori and Equity Lead

Ngaire provides leadership and advice across the CCN to prioritise equity, enhance cultural development and responsiveness, and address equitable access and health outcomes for Māori.

Elly Edwards
Media & Communications Manager

Elly provides advice and support to CCN's groups around communications and media planning and requirements, ensuring activity is aligned with the strategic implementation plan.

Natasha Capon
Communications Coordinator

Natasha supports CCN groups with communications activity including creating patient stories and videos and carrying out some graphic design. She leads the bi-monthly CCN newsletter.

Rebecca Muir
Shared Care Planning Programme Lead and Product Manager

Leads the functionality and implementation of shared care planning across the Canterbury health system and regionally across the South Island.

Lucy Mason
Project Coordinator

Lucy coordinates all activity of the programme office including financials.

Hiedee Harris
Project Lead, Te Tumu Waiora Canterbury

Hiedee leads Canterbury's roll out of Te Tumu Waiora - a model which puts mental health and wellbeing at the heart of general practice.

Rose Laing
Clinical Lead Shared Care

Rose provides a clinical perspective and advice across the programme office. She is the Clinical Lead for shared care plans and also works as a GP.

Nurse Practitioner, Community Older Persons

Deb is a Nurse Practitioner, Community Older Persons. She also works for the Centre for Postgrad Nursing Studies.

Julia is facilitator for the Ashburton Service Level Alliance.

Integrated Services Programme Manager 

Heather manages the community respiratory nurses, physiotherapists and physicians.

Team Leader, Community Respiratory

Louise supervises and supports the Community Respiratory Team. She also connects and engages with the Integrated Respiratory Service Development Group.
