Wellbeing Budget includes four-year Mental Health package
The Government announced a four year mental health package to extend services in primary care, "nurses in schools, telehealth and digital services, crisis response, parenting support, suicide prevention and postvention and alcohol and drug addiction. The package also extended support in the justice sector, employment and housing and the establishment of a Royal Commission into Historical Abuse in State Care/Faith Based Institutions.
