Leaders from throughout Canterbury’s health system came together for a couple of powerful hours on Friday 19 November to listen and to learn what people are saying across the system.

People from across the health system bid farewell to a long-standing champion of the alliance, Dr Lynley Cook, this month.

This approach places an emphasis on purposefully engaging identified partners in the planning, development, and review of health and wellbeing services.

The Canterbury Clinical Network tīma (team) had a magical Māori Language Moment for Te Wiki o te Reo Māori (Māori Language Week), with karakia (prayer) and waiata (song) and the sharing of pūrākau (myths and legends) and whakatauki (proverbs).
