CCN has said farewell to Dr Gayle O’Duffy at this month's Alliance Leadership Team (ALT) meeting.

Gail was congratulated on her outstanding contribution to the Canterbury Clinical Network over the last seven years. On behalf of ALT and ‘Agnes’, Sir John Hansen thanked Gayle for her commitment as a Methven GP to travel regularly in order to bring a strong rural and patient centric voice to the ALT.

Gayle has been an ALT member since the Transitional Leadership Board and over this time has also provided ALT sponsorship and a rural general practice perspective across a number of Workstreams and SLAs. Recruitment is underway for a replacement.
